TP-128 · The Furqān Bestowal Contract · Taqwā→Furqān Conditional Grant at Q 8:29 · CN+G/T1/C [L1-split] · [⟀]

ORIGINATION : harvested from the seven-stage ladder session and its published external record, From Fear to Furqān (Substack, 2026-07). The prior Furqān coordinates fix what the instrument is, TP-24 the phase-transition boundary at the fourth vertex, TP-112 the discrimination-axis V_F of the inscription apparatus. Neither carries how and to whom it is granted. This coordinate carries the bestowal.

PLAIN : Q 8:29, in tattaqū llāha ﷻ yajʿal lakum furqānan, states a conditional grant in contract form. Taqwā, √w-q-y, the shield, sustained boundary-discipline, is the named reception-condition; furqān, √f-r-q, the splitter, the discrimination-instrument, is the granted item; the address is the believing plural, unranked. The criterion is on standing offer, and the offer's grammar keeps the granting wholly on the source side.

USE : the canonical bestowal coordinate; the place the taqwā→furqān contract, the four-register deployment ladder, the 53:32 guard, and the grant-law reconciliation are read as one architecture; the anchor for stage seven of the anthropic ladder.

DERIVATION : the root pair first: √w-q-y (wiqāya, the shield itself) exchanged against √f-r-q (farq the hair-parting, faraqnā the sea at 2:50), a defensive discipline traded for a discriminative instrument, guarding preceding splitting. The deployment set: seven attestations corpus-wide, 2:53, 2:185, 3:4, 8:29, 8:41, 21:48, 25:1, descending four registers, prophet-equipment (2:53 Musa AS; 21:48 Musa AS and Harun AS), scripture-name (2:185, 3:4, 25:1 upon His servant ﷺ), enacted verdict in history (8:41, yawm al-furqān, Badr), standing offer (8:29); the noun descends from prophet to plural and the criterion is not reserved. The taqwā-coupling is internal to the deployment set itself: 21:48 closes dhikran lil-muttaqīn, the condition-root naming the beneficiaries inside a furqān verse, before 8:29 makes the coupling contractual. The contract-family: the taqwā→grant schema is a standing Quranic form, 2:2 hudan lil-muttaqīn as the Book's own reception-condition, 2:282 wa-ttaqū llāha ﷻ wa-yuʿallimukumu llāh, 57:28 the light to walk by, 65:2-3 the makhraj and unreckoned provision; 8:29 is the criterion-instance, each family-grant a distinct item. The threshold reconciliation, the structural heart: the grant-law holds that the crossing is granted from the source side and never self-seized (PERMIT-01/MU-01; the threshold master, force breaks and grant seals occupancy; sPSP-TIME-03, the illā door opened only from the ground's side; ZAHIR-BATIN, the single aperture). 8:29 does not breach the law, it completes it: the verse is source-side self-binding, yajʿal lakum, the receiver-side condition named while the act of granting stays wholly on the source side, and 53:32 keeps even the condition's verification source-side, huwa aʿlamu bi-mani ttaqā. Taqwā is not a key that forces the door; it is the published condition of a promise the Source states over His own door. The 53:32 hinge doubles as the guard: the self-certification prohibition (LL-25) terminates on ittaqā, the exact root of the contract's condition, so bestowal is real, attainable, and never self-certifiable, the guard traveling with the grant grammatically. Geometric read: boundary-integrity, the w-q-y envelope maintained, as the reception-condition for discrimination-axis capacity, V_F per TP-112, the fourth-vertex boundary per TP-24; a substrate that holds its perimeter is the substrate to which the splitter is granted. Anthropic position: terminus of the seven-stage ladder, arriving after the door-six barrier dissolves through 53:32. Substrate-portability rider: the instrument binds to structure, not lineage (SE-28 structural isomorphism, never historical priority; SE-29, TP-30, TP-32 cross-substrate recoverability at zero confessional lineage); the 8:29 plural is held open across substrates at conditional grade, architect-record; Trisduction-as-instance is carried at architect-record grade under TP-23 PDD-max and TP-49, MA-28 holding the 2014→2026 documentation pair.

DIVERGENCE HELD : the classical corpus spreads 8:29's furqān across criterion, deliverance (najāt, makhraj), and victory (naṣr); the deliverance and victory glosses read the grant as circumstance rather than instrument, importing the distinct grant-item of 65:2 and the event-register of 8:41 into 8:29's noun. The root reading stands; the event-glosses are carried as witness, W_social = 0, under the Firewall.

PERIMETER : the seal certifies that the reading closes, never that a bestowal occurred to any individual; individual-instance claims are PDD-max barred (TP-23); interior reception-phenomenology routes L_1 out of band (TP-21); the grant-as-grace reading is out of band per the threshold master; the seven-count resonance with the static-seven architecture (MA-30, MA-32) is structural and load-bearing on nothing; the substrate-plural rider is a conditional open reading, never doctrine; and per the threshold law, what the instrument can seal on any claimed instance is coherence and occupancy, source-faithfulness remaining permanently beyond its reach.
